Turkey Burgers

2 packages of ground extra lean turkey breast
4 medium zucchini, grated
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp onion powder
2 tsp dried basil
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp black pepper

Set broiler on high, arranging rack so that burgers will be about 2 inches from the heat.

In a large bowl, combine grated zucchini, salt, onion powder, garlic powder, dried basil, oregano, pepper and then turkey. Mix well and scoop out 4 to 5 oz portions. Mixture will be really moist so for easier clean up, use a foil lined baking sheet, prepped with non-stick spray.

Place burgers in oven and broil for 7 minutes. Carefully flip each burger and continue to broil for another 7 minutes on the other side. Serve warm.

Vegan Protein Drink

Ok so I've been really complaining about my vegan protein because its so chalky and just taste NASTY when mixed with water but I FINALLY found an amazing mix that I'm happy with and actually taste nice.

I use my majic bullet

1/4cup Vanilla Soy Milk
1/2 Cup Water
2 scoops Vanilla Vegan Protein Powder/Love and Peas
1scoop berry flavored glutamine
1/4 package of the PURE berry Crystal Light

blend for several mins
I love the majic bullet! It makes my protein shakes so smooth and actually makes it more fluffy so its more like a smoothie.

If it were my lunch or a snack I'd add in some blueberries or strawberries.

Awesome Protein Peanut Butter Rolls

Protein Peanut Butter Balls are quick and easy to prepare at home and will quickly provide your muscles with the nutrition they need.

These are so YUMMY and great for on the Go!
Mix 2 scoops of protein powder, ½ cup peanut butter, 1 cup of dry oats, and ¼ cup dried cranberries. Once a sticky mixture is formed (note that you may need to add a small amount of water to moisten), form into balls.
Form a coating by rolling each ball in oats mixed with another scoop of peanut butter.
